While I was doing my morning practice and moving my body I was thinking about how important it is that I do some form of wild, untamed, non linear movement everyday in order to really feel like myself.

And I thought of you and wanted to remind you to move too! :)

We NEED to move as women. And we need to move in way

When I've peeked on social media I've seen a lot of posts either "for" or "against" the Barbie movie, as if somehow we are supposed to take a side.

This level of polarization is one of the things I find so disturbing about our world. It's a movie. We don't need to be pro or anti Barbie!

I do have some thoughts and feelings about it though...

Embodiment is the holy grail of the divine feminine path.

And it is exquisitely important for both men and women to cultivate. ( but sort of extra really uber critical for us women.)

Do you ever wonder why you keep hearing women (such as myself) talk about it so much?

Embodiment is everything.

I get turned on by a lot of things that don't necessarily seem sexual on the surface.

Like work actually. :)

I've become aware of how erotic the process of creative inspiration can be when we really open ourselves to being ravished and penetrated by the seed of our divine vision and purpose.

UNAPOLOGETIC I wrote in big capitol letters across my steno pad during a session with a young woman recently as we had distilled down her core desire to step into her feminine power without apology. 

She is ready to take up space, claim her voice, and own her place in the spotlight finally.  It felt powerful for her to claim this quality because she’s become increasingly aware that she has been playing small next to her male business partners, and was timid about asking for more financial compensation though she is offering way more value than what the percentage splits reflect.

How open is your heart right now?

Have you ever thought of your erotic turn on as an important part of having a truly open heart?

I've been practicing the embodiment of what I call the erotically charged heart lately and it creates such a sweet feeling of love nectar circulating through my system, that I think every woman should know about this, and have access to it. It's like the best drug ever. :) And it's something we cultivate and distill within our own circuitry when we are able to simultaneously activate our sexual energy and our heart energy.

First I want to be absolutely clear that I am in support of this movement, and of Black Lives Matter. I have been for several years, and continue to be ardently in my own process of unwinding layers of internal racism, acknowledging my white privilege, and taking actions to support justice and equality for people of color. This is a lifelong process, and as involved as I have been, there is still much work which I am humbly embracing.

At the risk of bringing "politics" onto my platform, I've just got to speak up.

I'm here to take a stand for you as a female leader, and that means giving you permission to use your voice for the betterment of the world.

And I myself want to be bold in embodying that through my platform at Urban Goddess.Racism and white privilege are staring us in the face right now through two huge incidents caught on video camera, and shared across media platforms. Incidents that involve white privileged people abusing that privilege to perpetrate violence and aggression towards people of color.

Today is Beltane, one of my favorite celebrations of the year.  This is the peak of Spring when we celebrate fertility, fecundity, conception, the life force of Gaia at her most potent. This is the time for May pole dancing, flower crowns, and creating intention and ritual around dreams and visions. In ancient stories this is when the May Queen and May King mated in the sacred marriage. This “portal” is open from sunset April 30 to sunset May 1st (tonight) 

Recently I saw someone post, "Instead of Mother Nature, why not call her her Lover Nature instead?" ( I can’t remember exactly where I saw this, but it stuck) I love this and have certainly felt the eros of nature awakening in me over the last few weeks while I've been in  lockdown in Topanga.

There is a lot of uncertainty in the world at the moment and I want to check in with how you're feeling.

I know many people are having trouble sleeping, and feeling anxious and confused.

I have been navigating a whole mix of emotions myself this week, and yet through it all there is a sense of utter trust and conviction that NOW is our time. That what is breaking apart is breaking open.

Take a deep breath and

Imagine I'm whispering this in your ear right now...

"Your life is allowed to be much more magical and so much easier than you can imagine..." *

Let this possibility sink in.

Can you actually believe it?

If life has been feeling intense, challenging, or tough lately, it may be hard to imagine that it could feel a lot easier with a few subtle changes.

But I want you to really KNOW this. Know it in your bones and experience it.
